How much will each session cost with insurance?
 The cost of each session depends on your individual insurance plan. Because coverage and benefits vary—even within the same insurance provider—you're not guaranteed coverage just because your plan is listed.
Your payment responsibility may include a copay, co-insurance, or deductible, and is determined by your specific plan and the contracted reduced rate between your insurance and the therapist.
Please note: It can take up to 60 days for your insurance to process a claim and reflect any changes on your account.
What if I have a copay?
If your plan includes a copay, you’ll be responsible for paying that set amount at each session—unless you haven’t yet met your deductible. In that case, your cost will be based on the contracted reduced rate until the deductible is met.
What if I have co-insurance?
If your plan includes co-insurance, you’ll pay a percentage of the contracted reduced rate. Before meeting your deductible, your cost per session will also be based on that reduced rate.
What is a deductible?
A deductible is the amount you must pay out-of-pocket for health services before your insurance begins to contribute. This includes therapy sessions.
How can I find out what my insurance covers?
For the most accurate and up-to-date information about your coverage and out-of-pocket costs, please contact your insurance provider directly. They can explain your specific plan details, including any deductibles, copays, or co-insurance requirements.
What is a contracted reduced rate?
This is the agreed-upon rate between your insurance company and the therapist. It affects the cost of co-insurance and services applied toward your deductible. It does not affect your copay amount.
What if my insurance is not accepted?
If your insurance is not in-network, sessions are considered out-of-network and you will be responsible for the full cost of each session.

  • Ongoing sessions: $125
We’re happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider. They may reimburse a portion of your costs depending on your out-of-network benefits.
What if I don’t have insurance?
If you’re not using insurance, you are welcome to pay out of pocket. Our standard cash pay rates are:

  • Ongoing sessions: $125
